A silver-gilt and cloisonné enamel basma, Moskau, Pawel Akimow Owtschinnikow, 1896-1908. (sale 212, lot 119A)

The rim with a blue and white enamel band of geometric design. The border decorated with stylised scrolling foliage set with enamel plaques and stones, one is missing. The corners applied with raised rosette pattern. Marked on lower rim with assayer's mark, 84 standard and master's mark "P. OVCHINNIKOV" in Cyrillic with Imperial warrant. Moscow, Pavel Akimov Ovchinnikov, late 19th century. 31.5 x 27 cm.
