Brunnennymphe mit einer Muschel in der Hand. Bronze, gegossen, schwarz patiniert auf rechteckiger Natursockelplatte. Kontemplativ ruhende Nymphe mit einer Muschel in ihrer linken Hand. Kniend sich im Sinne einer figura serpentinata nach links oben drehend. Auf der Plinthe signiert "A.W. Goebel." (Schriftzug, vertieft). H. 90 cm, 83,5 cm (ohne Sockel) Der in Düsseldorf tätige Bildhauer studierte an selbiger Kunstakademie unter P. Janssen sowie an den AK Berlin und München. Goebel war, auch als Vorstand, Mitglied der Düsseldorfer Allg. Dt. Kunstgenossenschaft bis mindestens 1970. Abgebildet in: Große Deutsche Kunstausstellung, 1939 München, S. 76; Vollmer, Abb. S. 28.
