Gegenstücke, polychrom und sehr fein ausgeführte Porträts der Großherzogin Louise von Baden und des Großherzogs Friedrich von Baden, nach einer Lithographie von Carl Süssnapf bzw. nach einem Gemälde von Johann Grund. Beide betitelt in Gold auf schwarzem Fond. 42,5 x 33 cm bzw. 44,5 x 34,5 cm (jeweils mit Holzrahmen sichtseitig mit Waschgoldfassung). Friedrich Wilhelm Ludwig, Prinzregenz und Großherzog von Baden (1826-1907) heiratete 1856 Louise von Preußen (1838-1923). Lit.: Ausstellungskatalog Schwarzwälder Hinterglasmalerei 1992 Nr. 275 und 276. Zwei fast identische Porträts von Benedikt Winterhalder aus dem Franziskanermuseum Villingen.
