Dunkler Steinzeugscherben, fleckig grün und braun glasiert auf schwarzem Fond. Im Bereich der Schulter breiter reliefplastischer Dekorfries nach ostasiatischen Vorlagen: sechs Medaillons mit Blütenmotiven. Mündungsrand und Standkante mit kleiner fachmännischer Restaurierung. Unterseite bez.: E Decoeur (in schwarzer Pinselschrift). Originalaufkleber mit dem Signet der Sammlung Dr. H.-J. Heuser mit der handschriftlichen Nummer 6065. H. 44 cm Decoeur gilt als einer der bedeutendsten Keramiker der zwanziger Jahre, der sich bereits im ersten Jahrzehnt des Jahrhunderts von den stilistischen Strömungen der Jahrhundertwende befreit und neue Wege beschreitet.
