Farbloses Glas mit Schälschliff und sehr sorgfältig ausgeführter bunter Transparentemailmalerei. Dekor: vier weibliche Akte mit Attributen als Allegorien der Vier Elemente: Feuer, Wasser, Luft und Erde. Im unteren geschälten Wandungsbereich Staffage in Poliergold. Unterhalb der Darstellung des Feuers in Poliergold signiert: A. PFOHL. Orig.- Klebeetikett der Fa. J. Blazek in Haida. H. 40 cm Lt. freundlicher Mitteilung der Tochter von Alexander Pfohl, Frau Brigitte Herrmann-Pfohl, entstand diese Arbeit 1946 in der Werkstatt von Erwin Pfohl, wo Alexander Pfohl von 1945 - 48 nach dem Verlust der Tätigkeit an der Fachschule Entwürfe und Einzelstücke anfertigte. Die Original - Entwurfszeichnungen zu dieser Vase befinden sich im Besitz von Frau Herrmann-Pfohl. Bei den hier abgebildeten Entwürfen handelt es sich um Kopien der Originale. Unikat.
