An Ablauf und an eingezogenem Hals Palmettenauflagen. Dazwischen schräg aufgelegte Ringketten, geschuppte Felder, gemalter Floraldekor und frontal aufgelegter, bekrönter und von reliefierten Lorbeerzweigen gerahmter Doppeladler mit ausgebreiteten Schwingen und Brustwappen.
