Auf der geweiteten Kuppa mit eingezogenem Ansatz und vergoldetem Lippenrand sehr fein geschnittener, teils polierter Dekor: Ruinenlandschaft mit Wasserspielen und Blumenvasen umgeben von Rocaillen, Vogeldarstellungen und Miniaturlandschaften mit Wanderer, Angler, Jäger und Hirsch. Rückseitig gravierte Inschrift "Es lebe Paul, der Medicus! Er schrieb einst dem Timotheus; Um deines schwachen Magens willen Sollst du den Durst mit Weine stillen, Das war ein Mann nach unserem Fuß Es lebe Paul der Medicus", darunter Ligaturmonogramm. In Schaft mit wabenfacettiertem Kugelnodus eingestochene Luftblase. Auf schliffverziertem Scheibenfuß Inschrift "Andenken an Commerzienrath P. Bülow von Geheimrath Bülow Theod. Wiskott verehrt".
