Gerahmt. 38 x 61,5 cm Kolesnikov visited since 1890 the school of arts in Odessa, from 1903 until 1909 he studied on the Russian Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg. Furthermore he made journeys in Russia, to Turkey and China. 1920 he emigrated to Serbia and became a professor on the Academy of Arts in Belgrade.
