Viktorianische Lady und Gentleman. Bronze, feuervergoldet, poliert und kaltbemalt. Kopf, Arme und Accessoires des Mannes aus feingeschnitztem Elfenbein. Jeweils auf runder Plinthe Oktogonaler,gesprengelter Marmorsockel. Beide Figuren sind detailreich gestaltet. Neben dem aufwendig gestalteten Elfenbein-Blumenstrauß in den Händen des Mannes ist vor allem auf die mitutiös ausgearbeiteten Gesichter hinzuweisen. Auf dem Marmorsockel des Mannes bezeichnet "F. Preiss." (eingeritzt, später). Am Hut min. restauriert. H. 15 cm,H. 10,6 cm (ohne Sockel) Spezialitäten des Art Déco Bildhausers Ferdinand Preiss waren Kabinettplastiken im Stil des Art Déco sowie Chryselephantinwerke, Kombinationen aus Elfenbein und bemalter Bronze auf Onyx- oder Marmorsockeln.
